Dr. Beth Littlefield received her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed an Internal Medicine Internship and her Emergency Medicine residency training at Emory University in Atlanta. She has great interest in Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine. After 21 years of practicing Family and Urgent Care Medicine, she was blessed to be selected as the Medical Director for 11 dermani MEDSPA® locations. dermani MEDSPA® has seen tremendous growth and how has 25 franchise locations throughout the country and is #1 in Georgia and #14 in the United States for Botox® treatments. As a Medical Director, Dr. Littlefield has been instrumental in creating excellence in the cosmetic training program, leading to the great success of dermani MEDSPA®‘s physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Dr. Littlefield is committed to great cosmetic results, and she brings tremendous enthusiasm and passion to her training courses. As a physician, she places appropriate emphasis on facial anatomy and safe techniques.
Dr. Littlefield is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Her hobbies include golf, photography, hiking and travel. She has two grown children and lives in Big Canoe, Georgia with her two miniature labradoodles, Bella and Myers.
Jenny Gale, PsyD
Academy Course Manager
Jenny’s journey with Injectable Academy® began as a model, but it was her passion for education and organization that led her to a role as the Academy Course Manager for all locations. Jenny earned her doctorate in clinical psychology after completing her undergraduate studies at Samford University. She spent several years in private practice specializing in psychological testing before deciding to devote her time to raising her three daughters and volunteer in their schools and with several community organizations. For the past eight years, she has excelled in the educational sales industry, developing new business and setting sales records for her territory. With her experience and expertise in the field of learning as well as organizational operations, Jenny is well equipped and excited to guide students as they expand their professional career in the aesthetics industry through all of the courses Injectable Academy® offers.
Kelly Clark, PA-C

Kelly is an NCCPA board-certified PA. As an Advanced Aesthetic Injector and Wellness Provider in Atlanta, she specializes in full facial balancing and advanced injectable techniques, with a focus on natural, refined results. Known for her gentle touch and personalized approach, Kelly believes the best injectable work is undetectable—enhancing patients’ features while preserving individuality.
Kelly earned her Master’s in Medical Science from Mercer University in 2012 and spent 8 years in orthopedic surgery, where she developed exceptional anatomical knowledge and technical precision. She transitioned into aesthetics in 2020, pursuing advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and regenerative wellness treatments. Kelly has been an instructor with Injectable Academy® since 2023. Outside of her professional life, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, traveling, and staying active outdoors.
Kelly Rogers, NP-C

Kelly, a seasoned Nurse Practitioner and Master Injector, has carved a niche in the competitive world of aesthetic rejuvenation with its array of advanced and personalized treatments. She owns a popular aesthetic practice in Savannah where she focuses on a personalized approach to creating customized treatment plans for her clients.
Kelly said, “What I love most about being an aesthetic nurse practitioner is the combination of medicine and artistry. I get to use my clinical skills to help patients look and feel their best, while also applying a creative eye to enhance their natural features. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the confidence that comes when someone feels more comfortable in their own skin.
I also appreciate that aesthetics is a continuously evolving field — there’s always something new to learn, whether it’s a technique, technology, or approach to patient care. The environment tends to be very positive, and I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients, guiding them through their aesthetic journey and watching their transformation over time.
Charlotte McCuiston, FNP-C

Charlotte is a board-certified nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector. who teaches at Injectable Academy Savannah. Charlotte currently works full-time at Bluffton Aesthetics in South Carolina, where she provides injectable treatments along with a full range of laser services. She began her aesthetic career in April 2022, after 6 years of nursing experience. Charlotte has continued to expand her expertise in full facial balancing techniques, full facial rejuvenation while prioritizing safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
Charlotte is married, has two dogs, and enjoys spending time on the water with her husband. She also loves baking in her free time.
Mohsin Rupani, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Mohsin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical foundation and a focused expertise in aesthetic medicine. He currently practices as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in metro Atlanta where he performs a high volume of neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, with particular expertise in lip augmentation and customized facial balancing. Mohsin is known for delivering natural, refined results through personalized treatment plans and is a firm believer in facial balancing and subtle enhancement.
Prior to aesthetics, Mohsin gained extensive experience in critical care, urgent care, and hematology-oncology, including caring for patients undergoing chemotherapy and stem cell transplantation. This background has shaped his clinical judgment, precision, and safety-first approach.
Mohsin is passionate about training and mentoring new providers. He is known for his clear, hands-on teaching style and genuinely enjoys helping injectors build confidence, refine technique, and develop sound clinical decision-making.
Mohsin enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He loves to travel, explore diverse cuisines, stay active through exercise, and has a special passion for volleyball.
Maressa Czeczko, FNP-C

Maressa is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2020. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their aesthetic outcomes while prioritizing their overall health and well-being. She believes that true beauty comes from a balanced mind, body, and spirit.
Maressa enjoys playing tennis a few times a week but the most important things in Maressa’s life are her family and the time she spends with her husband, daughter, and son. She treasures their moments together, whether it’s enjoying everyday activities or traveling to new destinations.
Kendall Osborne, FNP-BC

Kendall is an experienced aesthetic injector who completed her initial training with Injectable Academy in 2021. She has been employed as an aesthetic injector with dermani MEDSPA ever since. Kendall delivers personalized, results-driven aesthetic treatments. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident while maintaining a natural look.
In her free time, Kendall enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband, her two daughters, and her golden doodle.
Joy Adebowale, FNP-C

Joy is a family nurse practitioner with a strong clinical foundation rooted in her background as an ICU nurse. With over three years of experience practicing as an aesthetic nurse practitioner, she blends medical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients feel confident in their own skin. Joy views skincare and self-pampering as meaningful acts of self-love, believing that taking care of your skin and treating yourself with kindness naturally fosters confidence from the inside out.
Joy enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, indulging in spa days, and has recently developed a love for matcha.
Sabina Abdullayev, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Sabina is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience and a diverse clinical background in medical, surgical, and trauma nursing, as well as outpatient family and internal medicine. For the past three years, she has worked as an injector at Dermani, where her passion for beauty, medicine, and art comes together through aesthetic practice. Sabina is deeply committed to patient education and enjoys teaching students, helping to shape the next generation of providers.
Sabina cherishes time spent with her husband and four children, and finds joy in nature, staying active at the gym, and expressing her creativity through baking and decorating cakes.
Tanya Mattison, RN

Tanya Mattison is a highly accomplished aesthetic nurse with over two decades of clinical experience. She has dedicated her career to the art and science of aesthetic nursing, developing a deep expertise in advanced neuromodulators, dermal fillers, medical-grade skincare, and laser therapies. Her clinical excellence is further recognized by her status as a Master Expert Injector by Allergan.
Currently a key member of the clinical team at a prominent med spa in Hilton Head where she is recognized for her patient-centric approach. She prioritizes comprehensive consultations to ensure a deep understanding of each client’s unique aesthetic goals, consistently delivering natural-looking, refined results that enhance her patients’ confidence and well-being.
Beyond her clinical practice, Tanya is a proponent of a balanced lifestyle. She enjoys gardening, literature, exercise and spending time by the sea with her husband, Greg, and their animals. A fervent advocate for natural beauty, Tanya remains committed to helping her clients achieve their best selves through personalized, expert care.
Carley Griffin, RN

Carley was born and raised in South East Georgia. She received her BSN from Georgia Southern University and is currently in MSN, FNP school at South University and will be a FNP in May 2026. Her nursing career began as a CNA in 2016, and she worked towards her RN license in which she received in 2023. Carley has possessed a passion for aesthetic medicine since she began her nursing career. She was certified in injectables, such as Botox and Filler, through Injectable Academy and joined the Kessinger Aesthetic Dermatology team in August 2024. She is skilled in injecting botulinum toxins and facial fillers, providing skin care services such as microneedling, chemical peels, and facials, various laser treatments, and promoting health and wellness through IV hydration and vitamin injections.
Rachel Dorsey

Rachel was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia and has a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. Rachel currently resides in Savannah with her husband, two daughters and labrador retriever. She enjoys all things social media and being able to create exciting content for the Injectable Academy®.

Meredith has a passion for education and assisting people learn and grow. She received a BS in Community Health Education from Georgia College & State University. Her early career saw a focus in sales, where she succeeded due to her focus on building relationships with her clients and understanding their needs. For the past 15 years, her focus has been in risk management for a top regional financial institution, a space where she can truly focus on education for her internal clients. Meredith’s upbeat personality and attention to detail ensure our course days are a great experience for Injectable Academy® models and students.

Charlotte is a highly organized educator based in Savannah with over 15 years of teaching experience. She holds a BFA in Communication from Valdosta State University and a Master’s degree in Education. Charlotte is also active in volunteer work supporting children and youth in her community and values a structured, student-centered approach to education.
