Contacting the Academy

Call, text and email links let you contact the Academy directly. If you choose an email inquiry, you can review the message in your email app before sending it. Course interests, preferred dates and selected NEXT STEP topics may be carried into that draft message. Using these links does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.

Sending an inquiry

The contact page uses ConvertBox to display our inquiry form. When you submit the form, the contact details and message you provide are processed through the form service so Injectable Academy® can respond to your training questions. Please do not include patient information, medical records or payment-card details in an inquiry. Read the ConvertBox privacy policy for information about its handling of data.

Keeping your training selections

The NEXT STEP planner keeps selected topics in your browser’s session storage so they stay available as you browse the website. Inquiry links may also carry those topic names, your preferred venue/date and your course interest in the page address. The planner does not reserve a session, calculate a final quote or send an inquiry on its own.

Registration and third-party services

Registration links open PandaDoc, which has its own privacy and agreement terms. Google Maps embeds and links to Google reviews or social accounts involve third-party services. Those providers handle information under their own policies. On the public website, Google Tag Manager manages services including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Fraud Blocker. WhatConverts supports lead and call attribution. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process information about site visits and interactions. You can read the Google privacy policy, Microsoft privacy statement, Fraud Blocker privacy policy and WhatConverts privacy policy for details about their handling of information. Browser settings can limit cookies; doing so may affect embedded forms and other website features.
